Injury Recovery Programs

12-weeks of in-app body part and gymnastics specific injury recovery rehab exercises

4–6 month 1:1 custom exercise based rehab for gymnasts with big injuries and big goals

I wish I had found Brittany a few years ago and maybe my level 10 wouldn’t have spent so much time on the sidelines. After getting our program from Brittany my daughter is loving gymnastics again and able to do every single assignment day in and day out. 7 hour/4 day week camp and no pain? Yeah, it’s that good if your kid does the work. Run to get her help, don’t walk, don’t waste time on PT’s that don’t understand gymnastics.”

“I know how important the gym is to your gymnast—it’s her second home. That’s why my programs are designed to keep her in it, not on the sidelines.”

TARGETED RECOVERY TESTIMONIAL

“I wanted to share something with you because I’m honestly still kind of in shock about it.

We didn’t start your program because of a back injury, my daughter just had an anterior pelvic tilt after a different lower extremity injury (from a year of crutches). I was trying to prevent a future back injury, not fix one. I joined her because she wanted a buddy, and it turned into this really fun little daily thing we do together for quality time, we have a blast doing it together!!

I do have a pretty long history of back issues. I had a hip labral tear as a teenager that caused back bad spasm, and then in 2012 I fractured my pelvis and badly broke my tailbone. Ever since then, I’ve had very significant low back pain, especially in my QL. It was waking me up at night, I couldn’t stand for more than about 10 minutes without needing to sit. Even taking a deep breath would trigger a deep stabbing feeling through my core. I’ve done years of PT, seen specialists, extensive chiro, had imaging, weekly massage… and nothing ever changed it.

About two weeks into doing your program with her, I realized my back hadn’t woken me up as much at night. Then I noticed I could stand longer. Now we’re about six weeks in, and I haven’t had a single night of back pain in 2 weeks, and I can stand for 30-45 minutes. I don’t even really think about it anymore. I truly didn’t expect any of this for myself, so the change has been pretty surprising.

And on her side, the shift has been really noticeable too, not just in posture, but in her running mechanics. It’s smoother, more connected, and just overall looks more efficient in a way I wouldn’t have initially tied back to her core/back.

So I just wanted to say thank you! This ended up being a lot more impactful than I expected for both of us!
