My daughter has been to two other sports physical therapists for two years weekly non stop, one chiropractor & two back specialists. Only Brittany’s low back program has been able to heal her. She suffered from a fracture in her T11-12 with a herniated disc & another herniated disc that came up in her L4-5 a year later & some SI joint pain all before starting Brittany’s program. Literally she was in pain just traveling in the car or standing for 20 minutes. It’s worth every penny & she responds quickly if either of us have any questions. We already referred a teammate that my daughter had picked up on her similar back pain issue & she’s feeling much better too.

My prayers this morning were thanking God for leading us to Brittany & for the healing of her back! It makes me cry because over the last 2.5 years I thought the only way she could heal was to quit gymnastics & was told she needed to. Just amazed, she’s finally competing again & back to enjoying the sport she loves so much! She’s starting the performance & prehab next & said she’s excited. Thank you from the bottom of a worried gym mom’s heart!"

“Honestly, the best injury recovery rehab my daughter has had & don’t think it’s any lesser of a program because it’s online on an app. The app is actually one of the perks of it! It keeps them accountable & it’s less travel, time & money.

“I will admit I was so nervous investing in someone and something like this online. But……something about Brittany’s responses got to me. It was her heart! I could feel how much empathy she had for my daughter and all the girls like her. I could feel her passion and drive to make a difference. I could tell that she got it! She understood what we were going through, she knew the pain first hand. The heartache and disappointment. She told me she could help and I trusted her. I am so glad that I did!

Over 2 years ago she started having really bad knee pain during and after practice. Long story short we saw all the doctors and did all the things only to find out that it would stop eventually but that there was no fix except rest. So we did that. When she felt better she went back to practice and the pain returned.  So we rode the “deal with it train”. Constant ice, rest, elevation, non-stop PT and strength training, ibuprofen, biofreeze…..all the things. At one point she would even practice with 2 knee braces on each knee. None of it really worked. All of this was exhausting and emotionally very draining. And the pain was constant and excruciating. She had to take a year off from competing. As a parent it was my job to make this better and although I was trying everything I was failing!

2 weeks into the program she started to move better and said she was feeling better! I almost didn’t believe her because she’s built up such a high tolerance for pain….here we are a little over 40 days in and she’s pain free! NO PAIN AT ALL!!!! She’s smiling and laughing at practices! No more tears! No more limping! It’s incredible! She was able to compete again this year and at the State meet placed 2nd on bars & vault and 6th all around!

So if you’re thinking about Brittany’s program, watching her like I was, that means you NEED the program! Her program has changed our family’s life. More importantly our daughter’s life. It gave her her dreams back! And the ability to go after them! I will forever be grateful for trusting my gut and believing in Brittany."

As a level 10 gymnast recovering from bilateral gymnast wrists, a fractured talus, and a variety of other minor injuries, I had gone the route of traditional physical therapy. While I’m lucky to have a local PT who was able to help me get back into the gym and competing, I had lingering issues and just felt like I was constantly suffering from these minor setbacks. My mom found Brittany on Instagram. I was a bit leery on how online injury recovery rehab would help or work. What she offered, though, seemed to fit what I felt like I needed, and I had nothing to lose from trying. I initially did her one-on-one custom program and found that it actually did help; I was suffering from less and less of the constant minor injuries and felt myself getting stronger. This assuaged my doubts about online injury recovery rehab. I then completed her ankle specific rehab program which helped immensely with tendonitis and overall strengthened my ankles to be to withstand the events again. I am currently enrolled in her prehab and performance program and am loving it so far. I find myself less prone to the minor injuries I always seemed to be suffering from and just gaining strength and power overall specific to what I need for my gymnastics. More than that, Brittany has been a support and sounding board since I started working with her a year ago.”

“It was refreshing to finally find an expert who got it, who understood where I was coming from, what my goals were, and the obstacles that I was facing. I am incredibly grateful and blessed to be working with her.

“Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for all you have done for A.  It did not work out that she continued with gymnastics, but I am so grateful you were there with her through the transition to swim. The muscles are used so differently and your program helped her to strengthen how and what was needed even through her shoulder injury and illness to boot!  You were additionally a wonderful mom support for her, and for me, when I questioned her drive to do this rehab program, providing so much more than physical therapy. We are chatting about the Prehab program.  I can't imagine not having access to your vast knowledge of how the body works and how to keep it from injury and heal after an injury.  You are such an asset to the medical field and the gymnastics world and we are so blessed to have found you. I'm jealous of your gymnasts who get you as their coach!  They are very lucky ladies!  Looking forward to your new app and all the things coming.  You deserve the best as you give the best of you everyday!

“She is doing amazing!! Last week she had her first 100% pain free practice! She is fully participating again and just so happy. I am immensely grateful for your program. She put in the work and got the results. Completed every single workout for the last 3 months. Thank you so much for creating this!

I actually started joining her a couple weeks ago (she likes to instruct me and correct my form ) and I can say it has made me feel so much stronger already and lit a fire in me to keep working on my own strength and mobility. IT FEELS SO GOOD! I was a gymnast from 4 to 13yo and quit after I kept spraining my ankle. Recent years (in my 40s) have been challenging knowing I’m not getting younger and I’ve lost so much muscle, have some aches and pains, but it’s been fun working out with my daughter and I’m now even challenging myself to get strong enough to do a kip again one day! I was literally in tears today — her last day of your program — thanking God for this journey. What was a heartbreaking setback a few months ago with her knee injury may be what paves a different (better) path for our future. Seriously. Thank you so, so much.”

“I wanted to share something with you because I’m honestly still kind of in shock about it.

We didn’t start your program because of a back injury, my daughter just had an anterior pelvic tilt after a different lower extremity injury (from a year of crutches). I was trying to prevent a future back injury, not fix one. I joined her because she wanted a buddy, and it turned into this really fun little daily thing we do together for quality time, we have a blast doing it together!!

I do have a pretty long history of back issues. I had a hip labral tear as a teenager that caused back bad spasm, and then in 2012 I fractured my pelvis and badly broke my tailbone. Ever since then, I’ve had very significant low back pain, especially in my QL. It was waking me up at night, I couldn’t stand for more than about 10 minutes without needing to sit. Even taking a deep breath would trigger a deep stabbing feeling through my core. I’ve done years of PT, seen specialists, extensive chiro, had imaging, weekly massage… and nothing ever changed it.

About two weeks into doing your program with her, I realized my back hadn’t woken me up as much at night. Then I noticed I could stand longer. Now we’re about six weeks in, and I haven’t had a single night of back pain in 2 weeks, and I can stand for 30-45 minutes. I don’t even really think about it anymore. I truly didn’t expect any of this for myself, so the change has been pretty surprising.

And on her side, the shift has been really noticeable too, not just in posture, but in her running mechanics. It’s smoother, more connected, and just overall looks more efficient in a way I wouldn’t have initially tied back to her core/back.

So I just wanted to say thank you! This ended up being a lot more impactful than I expected for both of us!
