Injury prevention isn’t extra…it’s the foundation!
This program and guides are a great starting point for gymnasts looking to build a strong foundation and stay ahead of injuries. Because every gymnast is at a different age and level, each resource is designed with specific needs in mind…so be sure to read through the details to find the best fit.
The Daily 15: Comprehensive Injury Prevention Guide
Improve mobility, reduce injury risk, and enhance gymnastics performance with 30 expert-designed exercises in just15 minutes a day. This guide is designed for gymnasts under 10 or those training below Level 6, focusing on building a strong foundation.
Prehab &
Performance
Prehab & Performance is designed for gymnasts who are 10+ years old or training at a Level 6 (or equivalent) and above. This program focuses on building strength, power, and control while proactively reducing the risk of injury. It’s for gymnasts who are healthy but want to stay that way.
Once a gymnast completes The Daily 15, the next step is Prehab & Performance. This program builds on that foundation with more advanced strength, structure, and sport-specific training to keep them progressing safely as they grow in the sport. If your gymnast is 10+ years old or already at Level 6, I recommend starting directly with Prehab & Performance.
Thoracic & Shoulder Mobility Guide
Boost your gymnast’s thoracic and shoulder mobility with five expert exercises to improve handstands, reduce back pain, and enhance performance—includes demo videos and lifetime access!

Dr. Brittany Lapinski
“I wish I had found Brittany a few years ago and maybe my level 10 wouldn’t have spent so much time on the sidelines. After getting our program from Brittany my daughter is loving gymnastics again and able to do every single assignment day in and day out. 7 hour/4 day week camp and no pain? Yeah, it’s that good if your kid does the work. Run to get her help, don’t walk, don’t waste time on PT’s that don’t understand gymnastics.”
